What shipping options do you offer and what do they cost?
We offer two free ways to get started with your Fresh Rituals quickly! Please allow 24 hours processing time after you place your order for us to prepare it for shipping.
Standard USPS shipping is Free for all orders in U.S (Products are delivered in 5-7 business days)
Rates for Shipping outside of U.S with USPS (United States Postal Service) are available at checkout.
Expedited Shipping is available for a flat fee of $9.99 (Products are delivered in 2-3 business days)
When will my order ship?
We process orders within 1 business day. Should there be a delay for any reason, we will contact you.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once picked up from our warehouse, USPS will deliver your package in 3 to 7 business days within the 48 states, depending on the distance.
If Expedited Shipping is selected at checkout, You package will arrive in 2 business days after it's picked up from our warehouse
Once I place my order, Can I change my Delivery Address?
If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.
Where's my Package?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to track your package.
If you believe your package is missing we will start a trace with USPS and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days. We cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.
What if my Package arrives damaged?
If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange for USPS to pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
What is your Return Policy?
We want you to love your Fresh Rituals purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. We will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase. If the product is unopened, we will exchange it for another Fresh Rituals product, refunding or charging the difference. Please note: Our warehouse does not accept returns. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return without the return authorization and the correct return address.
How do i start a Return?

Can I use more than 1 promo code at a time?
Promotion codes are limited to one code per order, and in some cases, promotions can only be redeemed once per person. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes. All promotion codes are available for a limited time and cannot be use once expired. Promotions are not redeemable for cash. Fresh Rituals reserves the right to change or rescind offers and promotion codes at any time. Please note that misuse of promotions and codes may result in order cancellation.

While Fresh Rituals aims for its products to be as natural as possible, it is far more important that the ingredients in them be effective and safe for your body and skin. Plenty of natural ingredients are irritating, so we consistently formulate our products with soothing, low-hazard ingredients.
