Once picked up from our warehouse, USPS will deliver your package in 3 to 7 business days within the 48 states, depending on the distance. If Expedited Shipping is selected at checkout, You package will arrive in 2 business days after it's picked up from our warehouse

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to track your package. If you believe your package is missing we will start a trace with USPS and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days. We cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.
If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at We will arrange for USPS to pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
